Are winners wrongly announced?

There were 25 winners but only 15 are announced. Will the rest of winners be announced later?

    Thanks for posing these questions! The honorable mention prize was for up to 22 participants. Judges picked their favorite projects and those were awarded prizes.

    Hi everyone, I got an answer.
    The Snap judges elected to award 12 out of 22 of the honorable mention prizes. As per the official rules, "if there are no eligible Submissions for a prize, that prize will not be awarded."

    I consider such an answer to be complete nonsense, because there are worthy works that deserve prizes. It's just a farce as usual and an absolute misjudgment.
