Workshop Overview & Submission Tips

Hello Snap Spotlight Lensathon Hackers!

We've received a few questions regarding resubmitting existing lenses that were built prior to the Lensathon's submission period. As stated in the rules, "projects must be either newly created by the Entrant or, if the Entrant’s Project existed prior to the Hackathon Submission Period, must have been significantly modified after the start of the Hackathon Submission Period". If you are planning to submit a previously built lens, we would recommend updating the project to better reflect the judging criteria and ensure the lens will help Snap users create excellent Spotlight content.
